Stopping one part of the observance leaves another running. Rauf tries the rehearsal's downward control, but the canvas climbs while the electrician shouts Up. Pulling a plug removes the projected faces without stopping the motor. Families are told to stand, then later ordered to sit so help can pass. After Lida falls, the microphone is restored while she lies hurt and breathing.
Kitchen scissors pass through a dangerous game. Offered from a woman's bag, they fall because Rauf's hands are occupied. Biscuit takes the plastic handles and backs away. Rauf uses the praise the dog knows to bring him close, catches the handles in his teeth, and transfers them to the woman. She cuts canvas and sleeve. Biscuit's learned behavior delays rescue without making him a deliberate saboteur.
The public account also slips. The microphone credits Lida with an all-clear, although Rauf supplied readiness while she was beneath the shroud. The director warns about sewn names while her sleeve winds in. A woman redirects the microphone toward getting help. Finally, the director covers Lida's opened blouse and removes the microphone from her mouth. Covering and controlling happen together, without a settled diagnosis of motive.
