RESOLUTION.
The threads of P and C are reconciled above and found to be in agreement at every timestamp. Each request was confirmed. Each confirmation was requested. The reconciliation is provided at no charge; a copy, if one is wanted, is charged at the standard rate. No party has been identified as affected.
The threads disclose no error. As a gesture, a voucher for sixty minutes’ room use has been issued to the registered party at the address on file. The address on file returns the voucher each cycle, marked in a hand the reader does not recognize: not known here. Try the room.
The recurring booking renewed itself the following cycle, late in the day, as before.
