Project Hiatus Reports

Released repository context — 17 July 2026. v2.0.0 is the released official-website baseline. The required checks passed on the exact reviewed PR heads; PR #16 and PR #17 were merged, and this four-report family was deployed and boundedly verified at the live origin.

This is the final pre-adoption, bounded closure transfer prepared on 16 July 2026 and released on 17 July 2026. It records why the author-led loop should pause, how the project fits within plural systems traditions, what it got wrong, and what a restrained continuation posture would require. It does not validate Repair-Lag Systems Theory, complete a prospective test, supply independent review, authorize successor visibility, reviewer contact, or expenditure.

The named experts and advisors in the reports are simulated intellectual standpoints. They did not participate, speak, review, endorse, consent, or co-author. T001 remains design_stub / infrastructure_only / not_inspected; completed prospective discriminating tests and verified real external reviews both remain at zero.

Project Intensity and Diminishing Returns

A candid qualitative reconstruction of project effort and diminishing returns. It is not cost telemetry, an hours ledger, a model-usage audit, or independent assurance.

Systems History and Uncommon Reality

A selective, reconstructive history and critical account of the project architecture. The PDF cover and metadata use Systems History and Uncommon Reality. The byte-identical reviewed Markdown uses the alternate title Systems Thinking From Order to Repair — Uncommon Reality Hiatus Edition. This alias is explicit; neither source nor PDF was silently rewritten.

RPT70 is a topical successor to RPT61 and draws on the Deepening Edition. It does not overwrite or machine-supersede either prior family.

What We Did Wrong: Hiatus Edition

A project-authored reckoning rather than peer review, accessibility audit, penetration test, legal or privacy opinion, or affected-party forum.

RPT71 is a topical successor to RPT62. The earlier Forum report and narration remain immutable current members of their own report/narration series; neither is a companion to RPT71.

Hiatus Improvement and Independent Continuation Programme

A normative preservation and continuation posture, not a finding or action authorization.

RPT72 is a topical successor to RPT63 and is informed by the v2.0 finalization records. It does not supersede the Forum pair or the separate Where We Stopped report.

Format and accessibility boundary

No narration edition was supplied or invented. Each PDF contains selectable text, but all four are untagged, have not been tested with assistive technology, and are not accessibility-certified. The structured HTML routes are the text-first alternatives. A future narration or tagged edition would require a separately reviewed source, new identity, new immutable path, checksum, lineage, and full artifact QA.
