Continue the Work

The author-led reference phase has reached its responsible stopping point. Independent work can continue through a clean-history successor only after it is created as private, passes its disclosure, rights, security, and reproducibility gates, and receives separate authorization for public visibility.

The Project Hiatus Reports explain the final pre-adoption stopping judgment, failures, systems-history position, and bounded continuation posture. They are recommendations and dated project records, not authority to act or evidence that the theory is validated.

Five useful starting points

1. Prospective test: complete and adversarially lock T001 before inspecting any outcome.
2. Cases and sources: deepen CS001-CS003, add the missing C7 carbon-dioxide-sector boundary case, verify source pinpoints, and map contradictions.
3. Real review: obtain domain, methods, philosophy-of-science, affected-party, and rights-holder review with genuine power to reject premises and alter conclusions.
4. Accessibility and readers: test mobile, actual screen readers, 200% and 400% zoom, forced colors, no-JavaScript use, and real-reader comprehension; create tagged or equivalently accessible successor editions.
5. Reproducibility: improve build reproducibility and supply-chain assurance without treating software quality as theory confirmation.

Contribution discipline

Every proposed explanatory change should state:

• epistemic type and bounded scope;
• exact source pinpoints;
• strongest rival in its own terms;
• discriminating prediction and test;
• revision or retirement consequence;
• affected-party standing, rights, legitimacy, and distribution;
• what remains not_yet_defined.

Do not submit mere agreement. The work needs better disagreement, counterevidence, boundary cases, and clearer ways to discover that a claim is wrong.

Independence

A fork may reject or replace Repair-Lag Systems Theory. It may change names, methods, governance, and conclusions. It must preserve attribution for reused CC BY material, the relevant software license, and a clear account of changes. It must not imply endorsement by Hulki Okan Tabak or real participation by any simulated named standpoint.

Reference status

The clean-history successor is limited to bounded security, privacy, rights, attribution, preservation, reproducibility, broken-link, and accessibility corrections during its recorded 30-day correction window, which becomes operational only when public visibility is verified. Substantive research should proceed in forks. The successor's own release metadata records its release and window dates; current repository visibility and any later archive action remain authoritative remote state.
