Built 19 July 2026, the same day anchor A15 was discharged (catch C-27). Type VII: the instrument IS the register, and the whole of it. Self-contained per the author's ruling C-22 — no server, no account, no analytics, no network code of any kind; entries live in the reader's own browser on the reader's own device, and can be printed or saved by the reader as a file on their own disk. The project receives nothing, because there is nowhere for anything to go. Verified in a browser before publication: entries persist across reload, free text is escaped so a pasted script cannot run, and the file contains no network call.

The instrument states that exclusion in its own voice rather than quietly dropping it.
