II · ROLLO — courage
Courage after Rollo May: not the absence of fear but movement in spite of doubt and despair — played, not preached. A wordless marsh crossing where the only certain road goes backward. Its first version was a text page; the author ruled it a failure, and the lesson — text depicts, mechanics enact — shaped everything since.

III · LEXIS — curiosity
Curiosity is the loop by which a mind teaches itself a world it was not given the key to. A small language you read by writing it: you arrange glyphs, the field answers with the state they mean, and you revise. Nothing is hidden; the grammar's depth simply does not run out.

IV · POTHOS — desire (you are here)
Desire lived in one register: the distance between wanting and having. A garden of appointments — you sow a seed, it names its date, and nothing you do can hurry it. The first piece in the series that refuses to finish in one sitting: it happens mostly while the tab is closed, it can be genuinely missed, and it can be addressed to another person and sent as a letter. The prior three concepts each completed on screen; this one blooms whether or not anyone is watching.
