M1 — The project must expose its own repair process
Uncommon Reality should show objections evidence gaps corrections revisions narrowing withdrawals dissent and implementation consequences rather than only polished current wording.

- Strongest challenge
- Transparency can become performance if objections never alter a claim or if simulated deliberation is presented as independent authority.
- Audit test
- Can a reader identify what changed why it changed what evidence mattered how quickly correction occurred which dissent remained and whether a claim was narrowed challenged or retired?
- Break condition
- The project hides errors silently rewrites claims preserves claims despite failed tests erases dissent displays objections without revision consequences or treats simulated standpoints as expert affected-party or public authorization.
- Current anchors
- Public claim cards; objections and falsifiers; public revision history through the v1.9 release; v1.9 forum evidence tags steelman rule adversarial pairings dissent ledger affected-party absence check and non-numeric disposition criteria; T001 infrastructure-only boundary.
- Evidence gap
- The project has published a correction history and a simulated forum record but has not demonstrated sustained responsiveness to real external criticism a failed prospective test domain review affected-party review or public use over time.
- Misuse warning
- Good process a simulated forum or a design stub is not evidence that a substantive claim is true and does not establish legitimacy external review accessibility or live delivery.
- Next test
- Maintain the public revision history; obtain real domain and affected-party review; and record the timing evidence dissent and consequence of the first response to real external criticism or a failed prospectively specified test.

Responsible-use protocol
A measurable threshold is not automatically legitimate, and M1 does not authorize intervention. Applying the framework also requires criterion-legitimacy, affected-party, rights, rival-explanation, transfer-limit, and stop-condition checks.
