The city as the model actually holds it: places as nodes, travel times as edges, and nothing to look at — no streets, no river, no Dublin. The circle is an ordering, not a geography. Where the model knows a place’s documented hours, they sit under its name. A solid edge carries a travel time from base document 03; a dashed edge is the model’s own assumption, drawn differently because sourced and inferred are marked apart here as everywhere (A5).

Caveats

Drawn by tools/build-diagrams.mjs from the model’s own NODES and EDGES arrays — the data the operable model runs on, not a redrawing of it — so this figure cannot drift from the thing it pictures. The circular arrangement is this diagram’s only invention: it orders the places by first appearance and means nothing else. The model’s honesty rule carries over: this is a toy model in the economist’s sense, and its travel times, windows and assumptions are the ones its own page declares.
